What do i need to bring to my appointment?: If your dog is motivated by certain toys or treats, please bring them along with you.
How long will my dog be with you for?: This is dependent on the breed of your dog, the coat condition and their behavior. Typically its around one hour and a half.
Will my dogs health conditions be a problem?: No! You must ensure you tell us the full medical history of your dog, e.g. blind, deaf, epileptic, cushings disease.
Do you hand strip?: Yes!
My dog is aggressive/nervous, will this be a problem?: No, here at Urban Paws and Tails we cater for all dogs and their needs. We will build a relationship with your dog, building their confidence and trust. This may take time, all dogs are different, so please be prepared to book regular appointments. These may last from 15 minutes to 2 hours. However we will discuss and formulate a plan tailored to your dog.
My dog has fleas, can you help?: Yes! Please tell us when you're booking your dog in - we will make your appointment the last one of the day so we have time to clear up and flea spray the room.
Where do i park?: There is a gravel car park as you come into the entrance of the garden center, so park anywhere you like there.
How can i pay?: We accept cash or card.
